Order Return:
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) for a refund less the shipping
costs. The return must be made within 7 days of purchase. Claims for damaged or missing items
must be made within 2 business days of receipt of order.
If the following conditions are not met when returning items, OSISI reserves the right to
withhold refunds:
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase
Item(s) must be returned in new condition (no tears, stains, odors, loose or missing pieces)
Item(s) must include all original packaging
Return must include copy of original invoice or sales receipt
